Processing
From bottle to flake.
State-of-the-art technology is the pre-requisite for efficient processing and guarantees the high colour purity of our recyclate. Only the very best quality leaves our plant.
End products
Thorough inspections and the expertise of our employees ensure a high-quality end product. Random samples and laboratory analyses are an integral part of our processing. To provide the greatest possible reliability, each big bag is rechecked in our pre-delivery inspection.

- wrong colours
- adhesive residues
- foreign plastics
- impurities
- grain size distribution
- residual moisture
